(March 2009) Richard Wells will be part of a panel at an upcoming seminar, Navigating Challenges to Growth: Strategies for Facility Expansion Within Highly Developed Communities. The event is designed for institutions, which must often plan for growth despite facing complex municipal regulation, unique engineering and land development issues, and opposition from neighbors or groups anxious about "overdevelopment," especially in suburban communities. Joining Richard on the panel will be experts in zoning law and engineering to share proactive strategies for working with the community and municipal authorities to obtain approvals for institutional expansion.
The seminar is co-sponsored by the law firm of Kaplin Stewart and SITE Engineering Concepts, and is scheduled for the morning of May 6, 2009, at the Main Line Chamber of Commerce.
