Challenges to Growth Presentation Available on DVD
(June 2009) A full-length video of the panel discussion, Navigating Challenges to Growth: Strategies for Facility Expansion Within Highly Developed Communities, is now available. The panel discussion, held in early May, featured Richard Wells of The Wellynn Group; along with George Broseman, Esq., of the law firm Kaplin Stewart; and Robert Lambert, president of SITE Engineering Concepts. The presentation focused on the legal, engineering, and communications issues institutions often face as they plan for growth in communities anxious about "overdevelopment." The three panelists shared their extensive experience in zoning, engineering, and public affairs by discussing a hypothetical case study involving an independent school located within an affluent suburb.
